Privacy Policy
DJP Consultation LLC · Fort Myers, Florida · Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains how DJP Consultation LLC ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in the internal automation tools we run, including our automation server at n8n.djpconsultation.com.
1. Who this applies to
It covers visitors to djpconsultation.com, people who contact us, and the Google account we connect to our own automation tools. Our automation tools are used internally by DJP Consultation LLC and are not offered to the public.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address and message, when you use our contact page or email us.
- Basic technical data that web servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
- Google account data (Gmail): our automation server connects only to our own business Gmail account. With our permission it may read messages that carry specific labels (for example, support requests for our apps), mark them as read, and send notification emails from that account to us.
3. How we use information
- To reply to enquiries and provide our services.
- To run internal automations: sorting support and feedback messages for our apps, and emailing ourselves alerts, summaries and reports.
- To keep our systems secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Gmail data is used only to provide the internal automation features described above.
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- People do not read Gmail data except where needed to answer a support request, for security, or as required by law.
- Short excerpts of support messages may be sent to an AI service (such as Anthropic's Claude) to categorise them. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed first, and the AI service does not use this data to train its models.
You can revoke our automation server's access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers to host and run our tools, for example website hosting, our automation server host, Supabase (database), Google (email) and AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI. They process data only on our instructions.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiries and support messages only as long as needed to deal with them and for reasonable business records. Automation error logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
7. Security
Access to our systems is limited to DJP Consultation LLC. Keys and passwords are kept in secured credential stores, and connections are encrypted.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing djpconsulting239@gmail.com.
9. Apps we build
Apps we build for ourselves or for clients (for example, Penny Pal) have their own privacy policies, which apply to those apps' users.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
